All our burgers are quarter pound, hand pressed, seasoned to perfection by our in house butchers
in our custom build refrigerated preparation area. The only weight exceptions are the 6oz Wagyu
burger and the half pound grill steaks.

Our ever-growing range of truffles like our chicken bbq sauce truffle are shaped and filled by hand, using the best quality ingredients
