From our purpose-built temperature-controlled boning and production plant. Most of our meat is sourced locally, including of course our own Auchengree reared Scotch Lamb PGI, Scotch Beef PGI, Specially Selected Scotch Pork and Wild Scottish venison. With an extensive range of handmade sausages and burgers, many of which are free from gluten and suitable for celiac, exotic meats sourced from around the world and a range of steak pies and pastry products, renowned for throughout the Garnock valley and beyond. A large selection of ready meals prepared on the premises by our in-house chefs and bakers including several pasta, curry and savoury dishes. 

The gifting element of the shop provides our customers with a plethora of preserves, chutneys, oils and vinegars, cakes, biscuits and cooking sauces along with an array of fine gifting ideas ranging from locally produced pewter jewellery, scented candles, glassware and household goods.

 

Our Tearoom/Bistro was first opened back in March 2017 and since then has become a firm favourite attracting folk from all over North Ayrshire and beyond. All the meals served are prepared fresh to order from the very best locally sourced ingredients, indeed many from the shop itself, with our chefs and butchers working in harmony to produce our daily specials. 

 

Friday Steak Nights in the Bistro are hugely popular with tables generally being snapped up well in advance for an evening to enjoy a great steak of your choice, cooked to your liking, polished of with a nice bottle of wine and good company.
